Akira Yukamura-The 17year old hero of the tale. He gets caught up in the Lokuto War when he takes up he father's spot in the war.

Takita Mitsugi-The head mage of the Politis Castle who joins Akira on his journey to the End of the World.

Kitstz Razuhiga-A young man who ended up almost dead but used his energy to summon evil demons.

King Ferals White XI-The evil king who rules over the End of the World. He wants Akira dead.

One gloomy day, Akira wakes up to find out that his father had been killed the night before and he had to evacuate the village before the Polatis Army arrived. When he left, he was given a locket and soon after he left, the village burned. While traviling, he was captured by General Takita and taken to jail, where he saw his father's ghost. He told Akira the locale of the Cresent Wing airship, and Akira then fell asleep. The next day would be his trial.

The next day Akira awoke to find Takita taking him out back of the castle. The reason was that they both had the same locket. Akira told Takita about the spirit and how they should go look for the ship together. Takita had to think about it. So they escaped and made it to the village of Uratia, where they rested. That night, the village burned and the Polatis guards were responsible for the act. It was because Akira's bounty. So Akira gave up, but Takita defended him. So the guards took them both away.

As they were taken back to Polatis, a man appeared named Kistz and killed all the guards. He was searching for Akira, being the only Eryion left, a magic user. As he faught Akira, Takita grabbed him and they ran, but Kistz didnt follow. When they took a surviving soilder back to the kingdom, King Tokike apologized about his sins upon Akira. But it was too late, as Kistz summoned an army of demons. Takita and Akira escaped but the kingdom did not. So they set of in search of the airship.
